9月16日 今朝、久々に運動のために自転車に乗りました。
この所諸事情によりフィットネス目的で自転車に乗る時間は中々とれずにいたのですが、一度習慣が抜けてしまうと中々元に戻すのは大変なので、今朝は体調がいまいちで結構だるいからだを無理に引っ張り出して乗っちゃいました！！

朝6時から小一時間ほど軽く汗を流しました。
もう一時間早くおきることができれば随分違うんですけどね。 いきなり運動強度を上げると嫌気がさして続かないというようなことにもなるので、自転車にのるという習慣が出来るまでは軽いくらいが丁度いいですね！！
そうそう、実はこのところ前輪のスローパンクに悩まされてました。
ほんの少しの傷なのか数時間～1日、2日くらいだとほとんど影響がないんですが、それ以上になると極端に抜けが早くなってしまうようでした。
チューブを取り外して水中に沈めてみても気泡の確認はできず・・・ 原因は不明なままでした。
空気を入れればその日は全く問題なく乗れるのですが、やっぱり数日で空気が抜けてしまうチューブは不安なので、予備のものと交換してしまいました。
それからはすっかり問題がなくなった様子なので、やっぱり原因はチューブだったんだと思います。
心配の種が消えたタイヤで走れるのはやっぱりいい気分ですね！！
